About the Event

YOGA, MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION 

 

Join us for an amazing 2 hour workshop called 'Letting Go' 

 

Elaine will lead a Slow Flow Yoga class to help find flow and ease in your practise, exploring strength, flexibility and svasana relaxation, before we move into a Chakra Meditation to help you connect with 'you' on a deep level. 

There will be guided jounaling at the start and end of the 2 hour workshop, in order to 'let go' of anything you may need to let go of prior to practise, and then after practise to discover what you have made space for. 

 

There is something for everyone and it’s suitable for all that have experienced yoga before. Sessions are adaptable and we focus on making it as accessible as possible for all, but unfortunately these sessions are not suitable for pregnant participants.
