YOGA, MINDFULNESS AND SOUND BATH MEDITATION DAY RETREAT

Join us for our wonderful day retreat!
In the morning we start with a mindfulness meditation, followed by 90 minute a slow flow yoga class, finishing with a chakra balancing mediation and deep relaxation.
The yoga will be based on the chakra or energy centres of the body, helping you to feel fully aligned, and to find inner peace. We explore letting go of physical blockages of energy in the body, followed by a guided meditaion and Svasana relaxation.
We then have a wonderful vegan lunch in the style of individual 'buddha bowls'- bowls of goodness, using all natural food products and 100% vegan, accompanied by a vegan desert box. Allergies can also be catered for on booking request.
We then head into a blissful afternoon... a 'Finding Inner Peace' workshop, followed by a relaxing, restorative yoga class. We are then lead by the amazing Camille from 'Be You Wellbeing' in an immersive gong sound bath meditation, before we close the day with a grounding gratitude meditation.
There is something for everyone and it’s suitable for all that have, or haven't experienced yoga before. Sessions are adaptable and we focus on making it as accessible as possible for all.
Please note we can run the events as we are Covid Secure, which means:
Spaces are limited to ensure 2m distancing
Masks are to be worn on entry and circulation (unless you are exempt)
Hands must be sanitised on the way in and throughout the day
Your mat spaces is your space for the day, including eating, drinking and chatting
You must bring all of your own equipment, including a mat, yoga supports, blanket and cushion for the meditation
