Join the Facebook 'REVIVE X5 CHALLENGE' and reset to find your mojo!


Alongside a group of like minded people, you will complete 5 days of Mindset changing activities, Meditation, Yoga Flow and Fitness. The challenge? To complete all 5 days! All sessions are held 07.30 and 19.30 with 2 bonus Sessions at 09.30.


They are recorded and saved in the group so you can do them in your own time. All you need is a maximum of 90 mins per day, throughout the day for 5 days!


You will learn the opportunities that changing your mindset will bring; with expert life coaching; meditation and yoga teaching and fitness training, you will work on creating new behaviours , lifestyle changes, self love and so much more!
